What brands do you stock?
We carry 9 premium brands: Yasaka, Joewell, Juntetsu, Ichiro, Mina, Kasho, Kamisori, Jaguar (Solingen), and Feather. Each is sourced directly from the manufacturer or authorised distributor.
How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Afterpay, and Zip. All prices are in AUD and include GST.
Do you offer Afterpay or Zip?
Yes — we accept Afterpay, Zip, and other buy-now-pay-later options. Split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. Available at checkout.
Are all your scissors genuine?
Every pair is sourced directly from authorised distributors or manufacturers. All scissors include serial numbers and manufacturer warranty. We are authorised dealers for all brands we stock.

How do I choose the right scissor size?
Place a ruler on your palm from the tip of your middle finger. 5.5"–6.0" suits most hairstylists. Barbers typically prefer 6.5"–7.0". Check our Size Guide for hand measurement instructions.
What steel types do you carry?
We stock scissors in VG10, ATS-314 cobalt, 440C, Hitachi SLD, and German stainless steel. Each product page lists the exact steel type, hardness (HRC), and recommended use case.
Do you have left-handed scissors?
Yes — we carry true left-grind shears from Yasaka, Joewell, Jaguar, and Kasho. These are purpose-built for left-handed barbers, not simply reversed handles. Browse our Left-Handed collection.
What is the warranty on your scissors?
All scissors include the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by brand — typically 1–3 years. See our Warranty page for brand-specific details.
Shipping & Returns
Do you offer free shipping in Australia?
Yes — free shipping on all scissor orders across Australia. Orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days via Australia Post.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If your scissors aren't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange, credit, or refund. Scissors must be unused and in original packaging.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping may be available in the future — contact us for special arrangements on large orders.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. You can track your parcel directly via Australia Post.
