30-day returns on unused shears in original condition. No hassle.
Return policy
- Return within 30 days of delivery
- Shears must be unused and in original packaging
- Include all accessories, cases, and inserts that came with the product
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
What can't be returned
- Shears that have been used, cut with, or adjusted
- Razor blades (hygiene — opened blade packs cannot be returned)
- Shears that have been sharpened or modified
- Products without original packaging
How to return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return shipping label (prepaid for faulty items)
- Pack the shears securely — use the original case and box
- Drop at your nearest post office with tracking
- Refund processed once we inspect and confirm the condition
Exchanges
Want a different size or model? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. If the replacement costs more, we'll invoice the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund it.
Faulty products
If your shears arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll replace or refund — your choice. Return shipping is on us for faulty items. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
