Every shear we sell carries the manufacturer's warranty. Here's what each brand covers.

What voids the warranty
- Dropping shears (impact damage is not a manufacturing defect)
- DIY sharpening (convex edges require professional sharpening equipment)
- Modification — bending, adjusting, or altering the blade or handle
- Corrosion from neglect — failure to clean, oil, and store properly
How to make a warranty claim
- Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue
- We'll assess the claim and advise on next steps
- If approved, we'll arrange repair, replacement, or refund
Sharpening services
