What voids the warranty

  • Dropping shears (impact damage is not a manufacturing defect)
  • DIY sharpening (convex edges require professional sharpening equipment)
  • Modification — bending, adjusting, or altering the blade or handle
  • Corrosion from neglect — failure to clean, oil, and store properly

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue
  2. We'll assess the claim and advise on next steps
  3. If approved, we'll arrange repair, replacement, or refund
