Ask before booking

  • Do you service this model and edge type?
  • Will you check the pivot, tension and blade alignment as well as the edge?
  • What is the expected turnaround and total cost?
  • If posting the pair, how should it be packed and returned?

Describe what changed: pushing at the tips, catching mid-blade or a visible nick. A clear symptom helps the sharpener assess the tool.
