The Juntetsu Swivel solves the wrist problem from a different angle. Its thumb ring rotates freely, so your thumb stays put while the blade pivots to whatever angle the cut needs. That means you can lower your elbow and keep the wrist flat through scissor-over-comb, over-direction and awkward angles that normally twist your hand.

Under the swivel mechanism is a proper VG-10 blade. At 60-61 HRC the convex edge slices cleanly and holds a guideline through daily fade and crop work, so you are getting genuine cutting performance alongside the ergonomic benefit, not a gimmick handle on a soft blade.

Three sizes, 5.5”, 6.0” and 6.5”, cover detail through general men’s cutting. The swivel takes a few cuts to get used to, but barbers carrying wrist or thumb strain often find it the single biggest comfort upgrade they can make to their kit.
