Both pieces are ATS-314 cobalt at 62-63 HRC, the premium steel that holds a fine convex and tooth edge through relentless daily use. The cutter slices cleanly on scissor-over-comb and blunt lines; the texturiser softens clipper transitions and carves density out of thick tops. Together they cover the whole modern barbering workflow.
