How do I pay, and is checkout secure?
Checkout is handled by Stripe — the same payment processor used by major Australian retailers. We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay. Your card details never touch our servers, and every price is verified server-side at checkout. All prices are in AUD and include GST. See Payment Options for details.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free Australia-wide. Metro orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days, regional in 4–6, and remote areas in 5–7. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order reference immediately after payment, and tracking once your order is dispatched. Full details on the Shipping page.
What does the charge look like on my bank statement?
Your order confirmation email shows the exact statement descriptor, including your order reference — so there’s no mystery charge to puzzle over later.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery. Shears must be unused and in original packaging — we can’t restock tools that have cut hair, for hygiene and edge-integrity reasons. Start a return by replying to your order confirmation email or via the Contact page. Faulty items are covered separately under Australian Consumer Law and the manufacturer warranty — see the Returns page for the full policy.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, usually yes. Contact us as soon as possible with your order reference and we’ll do our best to catch it before dispatch.
What’s a pre-order and when will it ship?
Pre-order items are confirmed incoming stock. The estimated arrival window is shown on the product page and repeated in your confirmation email. In-stock items in the same order may ship separately at no extra cost.
