Juntetsu VG10 Azure Hair Cutting Scissors

A blue-finished cutter with four lengths

The Azure is one right-handed Juntetsu cutting shear with a polished blue finish. Choose 5.5” for shorter detail, 6.0” for a general cutting length, 6.5” for broader sections or 7.0” when you want more reach for scissor-over-comb. Those are whole-scissor measurements.

Its listed construction is VG10 steel, a convex cutting edge and an offset handle with the thumb ring below the finger ring. The hand-adjustable tension screw lets you check and adjust the pivot without a tool. Set it by feel before work rather than tightening until the blades bind.

The blue is a finish; keep the shear dry after each session, oil the pivot as needed and use a professional shear sharpener when cutting starts to drag. If length is your main decision, compare the options in the size guide.
