The Rose Gold Pro thinner is the toothed half of the line — 30 aligned V-shaped teeth on a Takefu VG10 body under an rose gold titanium coating. Juntetsu is an independent Japanese scissors maker; 6.0” whole shear, right-handed.

Teeth And Steel

30 V-shaped teeth: a blending count, lighter per pass than the low-tooth thinners, for softening weight and building movement without visible lines when the shear is sharp and the technique sound. Takefu VG10 at 60-62 HRC. The coating is a finish, not armour — a tooth service removes it at the cutting surfaces; use a sharpener who services thinners when the cut starts to drag.

Handles

The 3D offset ring puts the thumb below the fingers, matching the Rose Gold cutter so the pair switches without a grip change.

What To Expect

Same colour family as the cutter and the set — it is the kit-builder’s half; the thinning shears run covers other tooth counts if the blend job is heavier or finer. Wipe the teeth clear after every session and oil the pivot.
